QuickJack features two rugged hydraulic cylinders that work in almost any environment. Problems you might encounter in cold weather, however, may have to do with the type of hydraulic oil being used. If your frames aren't lifting in cold weather, don't force them! Your car lift may need a different product to help it get going. It's possible to operate hydraulics in very cold weather. Note that QuickJack is rated to be used in temperatures as low as 20°F. It's not approved, officially, for operation below that temperature.
